V-Grits, a Logan Street Market in Louisville that served for 10 years, its closing down on Dec. 15.

V-Grits will host a special Throwback Night next week, featuring some of the original menu items that have made the restaurant a local favorite. Details on the event will be revealed soon.

In addition, the restaurant is still offering Thanksgiving catering, with a full menu available for pre-order. Favorites like Buffalo Caesar Salad, Fried Gouda Mac Bites, and Lasagna are available in large portions, perfect for holiday gatherings. Catering orders require at least three days’ notice, and customers can reach out and email chefkristina@vgrits.com to customize their selections.

Owner Kristina expressed her gratitude in a heartfelt message, thanking the community for supporting the restaurant over the years and promising a new plant-based project in 2025. “Come see us over the next few weeks, tip this incredible team, and bid us adieu,” Kristina wrote. “Thank you for the vegan adventure of a lifetime!”
