Another coffee shop has opened in Louisville and this time, we've added a Nepalese-inspired spot to the city's thriving coffee scene.

Phalcha coffee, located in Germantown, was named by its four Nepalese co-owners after the Newari word which means "resting place."

With exposed brick, neon signs, purple lattes and hanging plants, Phalcha is definitely the kind of coffee shop where you'll want to stay for awhile.

Take a look at their gorgeous interiors as well as some of their menu items which includes an iced coffee flight, ube lattes, waffles, toasts, ice-cream and more!
