Thousands of marathoners ran and wheeled their way to the finish line in the Kentucky Derby Festival miniMarathon and Marathon on Saturday.
There were 8,005 participants, according to race officials, including 408 virtual participants.
The first male Marathon finisher was Antonio Marchi (2:25.41.)
The first female Marathon finisher was Tricia Hengehold (2:56:53.)
The first competitor to cross the finish line was Matthew Porterfield in the wheelchair division (0:55:49.)
The first runner and male miniMarathoner across the finish line was Jarrett Mattingly (1:08:46.)
The first female miniMarathon finisher was Caroline Gosser (1:17:49.)
The winning relay group was Ken Combs Running Store (3:13:09.)
