152nd Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs
One of Louisville’s most iconic traditions returns as the Kentucky Oaks takes over Churchill Downs ahead of Derby weekend. Known as the premier race for three-year-old fillies, the event blends high-stakes horse racing with standout fashion and a strong focus on supporting women’s health initiatives. Free Comic Book Day at The Great Escape
Comic fans can grab up to five free titles during this annual nationwide celebration of all things comics. The Great Escape is going all out with a wide selection of official 2026 Free Comic Book Day releases, plus additional back stock and past favorites. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free, while supplies last.
