Want a chance to win two tickets to nearly every major sporting event in the Louisville area? Try your luck with the Louisville Sports Commission’s Golden Ticket Raffle, with proceeds going towards local youth sports initiatives.

Golden Tickets are sold at $100 each, with a total prize value of over $10,075. Here’s the events you would receive two tickets to:

  • 2025 Kentucky Oaks
  • 2025 Kentucky Derby
  • 2025 Louisville Bats home games
  • 2025 Winner’s choice of regular season home matches for either: Louisville City FC or Racing Louisville FC
  • 2025-26 Winner’s choice of regular season football AND basketball home games for either: the University of Louisville or the University of Kentucky
  • 2026 Paul Hornung Award Banquet

A maximum of 350 tickets will be sold, and the drawing will occur on April 29, 2025 by WAVE 3 Sunrise from Churchill Downs’ backside. The winner does not need to be present to win.

Greg Fante, president and CEO of the Louisville Sports Commission stated in a press release: “Our Golden Ticket Raffle is a sure bet to support a worthy initiative and a chance to win the ultimate sports experience. We are a non-profit and will use 100 percent of the raffle proceeds towards helping us create more opportunities for kids to be active and help us attract more championship-caliber sporting events to our community.”
