This year’s Bourbon & Beyond festival in Louisville has made history, earning the prestigious title of “Festival of the Year” from the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA). With a record-breaking 210,000 fans attending the four-day event, it became the largest in the festival’s history, including a peak of 60,000 attendees on Saturday.
In an Instagram post, Bourbon & Beyond celebrated the win, praising their dedicated team and the City of Louisville for providing a home for the “World’s Largest Music, Bourbon & Food Festival.” The post read, “A massive THANK YOU to our fans—you are the heart and soul of this festival. Can’t wait to see you in 2025!”
Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg also lauded the festival’s success in a release, stating, “Danny Wimmer Presents continues to break attendance records… On behalf of the City of Louisville, I’d like to give a huge thanks to the staff and attendees for making this year’s festival the best one yet.”
Pam Matthews, IEBA’s Executive Director, commended Bourbon & Beyond’s achievement, noting it sets a new standard for live entertainment and reflects a commitment to excellence and innovation.
The award was presented at IEBA’s Honors and Awards Ceremony on Tuesday in Nashville, solidifying Bourbon & Beyond’s place as a premier festival in the U.S. festival scene.
