From the beginning, we knew we were meant to be together forever. Everything about our relationship was so perfect and easy.
Its a good feeling to not be questioned and treated less than people that were able to legally be married before. Now there are no questions or judgment on two women being able to get married. Its refreshing to be given the equality.
The wedding was better than we imagined stress-free and the weather was beautiful. We spent the day apart from each other with our close friends, having lunch and getting our hair fixed. Then, we met back up at the house and drove to Romara Park, the wedding site, with our kids and our dog. Our close friends, family and the judge met us there for the ceremony.
It was all perfect! Small and intimate. The kids were put in charge of handing us our rings. They enjoyed being a part of the ceremony.
