Dave Rucinski, owner of Gubbey Records, swung by to talk about the latest Head Cleaner compilation, an annual release that is a sweeping collection of local bands (188 this year). He talked about the process of putting it together and why he chose to release the volumes on cassette tapes. He was also kind enough to let us play three tracks from this year’s compilation, which will be released this weekend.
