Every year, Southern Living magazine designs a home using the latest trends to grant inspiration to homeowners everywhere.
In 2021, they chose Kentucky as their location and enlisted Prospect builders Artisan Signature Homes to construct it.
The result is the Riverbend, a Colonial Greek Revival located along the Ohio River in the East End of Jefferson County. Its now for sale for $3.75 million.
The six bedroom, eight bath, multi-generational home features unique design elements throughout, included a painted entryway floor and a stenciled woven wall covering in the library.
There are several surprises throughout the home, such as a hidden desk in the librarys bookcase. Youll also find a bourbon pavilion (aka, a gazebo) in the backyard.
