The charred shell of this building sits vacant at the corner of Shelby and Mulberry streets in Germantown. Last year, a fire ripped through the structure at 1357 S. Shelby St., which previously housed retail space on the ground floor and an apartment upstairs. In October, local developer Park Style Homes LLC purchased the dilapidated property, yet nearly a year later, there has been no work at the site.
