U of L Red Barn Series
The U of L concert series at the Red Barn continues next month. The lineups are:
Friday, Aug. 7: The Tymes Band
Friday, Aug. 14: The Vinyl Kings

All shows begin at 5 p.m., are free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted at the door and go toward the cost of putting on the shows and to benefit U of L students. Food and drinks are available.

Screaming Story Man
Noise Pollution will be releasing Screaming Secrets, the new album from Second Story Man (myspace.com/secondstoryman). Date and formats were not available at presstime, but the band is carving out a sequence from almost two-dozen songs for this sucker.
