If you’ve ever felt like one Taco Tuesday just isn’t cutting it, Louisville Taco Week is here to fix that—by stretching the celebration to seven whole Taco Tuesdays in a row (even if every day can’t be Tuesday, they certainly can feature some delicious tacos).
Taco lovers in Louisville can take part in a citywide tour of flavor from March 30 to April 5. Participating restaurants will serve $3 tacos that go well beyond the basics. The goal is to explore rather than merely grab a quick bite. You can plan out stops, find new locations, and compare everything from traditional street tacos to more inventive creations with the official Taco Week app serving as your guide.
Highlights for Taco Week 2026
And the lineup? It’s stacked! Agave & Rye is going for bold, over-the-top combinations like the “Cluckin’ Good BBQ,” while Cask Southern Kitchen & Bar is going for smoky pulled pork tacos (and even offering a beer deal with them). At the same time, Fistful Craft Restaurant and Brewery is having fun with “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” taco trio, which also includes a vegan option that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.

Places like I Love Tacos and Luna’s Mexican Rotisserie serve up classics like al pastor, carnitas, and asada for the taco lover who has that one order they just can’t change. And just like a corpse that rises from the dead, Zombie Taco Louisville is rising to the occasion with a lot of different things to choose from, like spicy quinoa and cauliflower, carnitas, and adobo chicken, for those who want something with a little kick.
Of course, there will be some drink specials during Taco Week. Think margaritas, Coronas, and creative cocktails at all the participating locations.
The only problem? Most places will only let you order three tacos at a time. But really, that’s not a big deal with how delicious each taco bite will taste.
