Carbonatix Pre-Player Loader

Audio By Carbonatix

Tinny presupposition of recent electronic music made with an archaic technology. This is more of a historical document than a recording you rock out to. Pop is scattered among the shallow, empty space of ancient experimental beats. This collection gussies up Neu!’s catalog, but this is more than a clear record of goofy krautrock, Gameboy bleeps and blips. There are moments of startling beauty that match the message of the artwork: Music is always more than we think it is, but those who work with electronics should never forget that all in all, it is the new blues: a music made by the current control device of the day (electronics) to bemoan and celebrate the world it has created. This box set thanks the world for allowing Neu! to experiment and says “You’re welcome” to the electronic pop of today.
