A gleeful rowdiness signals the return of Ron, a band that dodges categorization. This is ugly music, and its clear that they dont give a hot shit about that in the best, most punk-rock, weird-out-your-parents way. Its raw and unfiltered in that way that just grabs life by the short hairs and runs. None of that is to say that Ron lacks melody or wit, but that it does so in an unconventional way they fly their freak flag high and proud. This sounds like it was recorded on a jam box everything is blown out and unhinged and its perfect.
