PAKG’s debut album The Kids Are Watching builds a duality between darkness and light in society and within yourself. There’s doubt and hope. Clouds of frustration with rays of positivity sporadically breaking through. Sonically, the record contains a sometimes breezy, sometimes stormy indie atmosphere with subtle shades of post-punk and classic rock guitar heroics. With heavy amounts of energy and compelling conviction, PAKG creates a sense of urgency that locks in your attention.
