The Excuses, Black Leather Habit, Meat Mama The Flamingo Lounge $5  |  8 p.m. Excuses play “fast and loose” garage rock; Black Leather Habit gravitates toward no-frills, New York Dolls-style power-punk; Meat Mama dives into “rowdy, protein rich rock & roll” and features members of Sweatermeat and The Archaeas.
