Louisville’s dining scene continues to expand in 2025 with several new restaurants opening across the city, with many others closing along the way. From upscale steakhouses and modern Italian spots to bourbon tasting rooms and neighborhood lounges, these openings highlight the city’s growing food and drink culture.
