Sláinte! Here’s what to drink when you want something other than a good ‘ol Guinness.

Goodwood Brewing “Shoot Your Eye Out” StoutThis winter milk stout is Goodwood’s answer to a cup of cocoa. Chocolaty and sweet with notes of chestnuts.
Mile Wide Beer Co. “Uncle D’s” StoutSouthern Pecan Coffee Stout
Gallant Fox “Shot Through The Heart” Milk StoutMilk Stout with notes of chocolate and ripe strawberries.
Shippingport Brewing “Mel’s Mexican Chocolate Stout”An Imperial stout brewed with Mexican chocolate, habanero peppers, cinnamon and spice.
Atrium Brewing “Old Man Mordecai” Milk StoutNamed after a really good boy, this stout is “creamy, chocolatey, and roasty.”
Goodwood Brewing “Bourbon Barrel” StoutYou know the drill, a “patiently-aged” in bourbon barrels stout. Notes of chocolate, vanilla and bourbon, of course.
Against the Grain “Bo and Luke” Imperial StoutOriginally a collaboration brew between Against the Grain and Brouwerij De Molen. They took the ingredients for a bourbon whiskey and smoked them with cherry wood, brewed then aged in bourbon barrels.
Milewide Beer Co. “MyPoyle” Milk StoutNot much description, toasty malts and sweet with hints of toffee and chocolate. It’s a milk stout and hopefully tastes better than any McPoyle.
Kentucky Maple Barrel StoutA bold imperial stout brewed with brown sugar aged 18 months in a maple syrup barrel.
Atrium Brewing “Bean’s” Stout This stout is a collab with Bean Coffee in Germantown. This beer is 11% Imperial stout and conditioned in “Big Dog” coffee beans. Notes of chocolate, vanilla and orange peel.
Against The Grain “35K” StoutDark roasted malt, cocoa and coffee in a milk stout.
Against the Grain “70K Stout”So basically the same as the 35K Milk Stout with Double the Malt, Double the Cocoa and Double the Coffee against for a long ass time in old bourbon barrels.
Apocalypse Brew Works “Sunspot” Oatmeal StoutRich full-bodied with lots of malt and a touch of solar flares?
