I Love Tacos

I Love Tacos opened its Springhurst location yesterday.

The new location at 3550 Springhurst Boulevard is the restaurant’s third in Louisville; their other two locations are in J-Town and the Highlands. All three locations have opened in the last 20 months. The Springhurst location replaces a former Tumbleweed.

The restaurant serves Mexican favorites like tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas.

LEO’s food critic Robin Garr reviewed I Love Tacos at their J-Town location last year (via their curbside delivery service) and declared, “We love Tacos, and I Love Tacos does them right.” His top picks included the birria taco, tofu taco and masita de puerco taco.
