New micro-brewery, distillery and wood-fired eatery HopAtomica opens this Friday with a selection of appetizers, pizza, sandwiches, salads and desserts. Everything at this new spot will be made in-house, including beer and spirits. Craft cocktails will be a big part of their offerings.
Though not a franchise, locals Paul Berrier and Kenneth Suchower have brought the Savannah, GA-based brand to Louisville, putting their own unique spin on things. While the menu contains nods to its birthplace with drinks like the Tybee Island Iced Tea, there are plenty of items you’ll only find right here in Louisville.
