Fish & chips, fresh oysters, clams casino, shrimp rolls, and other mainstays that can be traced back to the Northeastern coastline are all part of the menu’s strict and traditional focus. Love said the goal is to deliver “elegant but approachable” dishes that match the neighborhood’s energy without stretching diners’ budgets.

“I’m thrilled to bring our elegant but approachable neighborhood dining experience to the burgeoning food scene of Schnitzelburg in Louisville,” said the owner of Franny’s Seafood. “Franny’s Seafood is a place where people can relax, connect, and enjoy timeless dishes inspired by the New England Coast without breaking the bank.”

According to a release from Franny’s Seafood, Love, originally from Louisville, also owns Mable’s Smokehouse in Brooklyn, NY. Now, Love has come back to her hometown to create a dining spot that reflects her values regarding food and hospitality while making the dining experience community focused.

The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
