Think Almond Bourbon French Toast with whipped mascarpone, a Spring Vegetable Frittata featuring asparagus and goat cheese, and a Croque Madame Biscuit layered with pepper gravy and a sunny-side-up egg. Shareables like Baked Brie with apple butter can be enjoyed by the whole table, plus boozy brunch drinks, including a Mimosa Flight with three seasonal juices, or mocktail options like the Solstice Spritz are perfect for an upscale yet laid-back gathering with the best views of the city.

Guests and locals can now enjoy weekend brunch with a brand-new menu every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Other options at the location include Jimmy Can’t Dance, an iconic Louisville jazz club, is now operating inside the hotel, while on the ground floor lies Byrdie’s, a French bistro with Southern influences from husband and wife duo James Beard nominated Chef Jenner Tomaska and Katrina Bravo; and lastly, Mini Marché, a Pop-Art inspired mini market, serves local Kentucky provisions alongside coffee and grab-n-go breakfast and lunch selections.
