The Hub Louisville is moving to the site of the old Nowhere Bar. Currently located at 2235 Frankfort Ave., the restaurant, nightclub venue is relocating in what it feels is a new and improved location at 1133 Bardstown Rd.
The location offers The Hub a chance to explore a new design inspired by “ the industrial-chic, warehouse-style nightclubs of Berlin and Brooklyn.”
“This move is about evolving while staying true to who we are,” said co-owner Talmage Collins in a release. “The new location allows us to take the energy and atmosphere people love about The Hub and amplify it. We’re thrilled to welcome everyone to a space that’s both familiar and refreshingly new.”
Co-owner Eric Wentworth added in the same release, “We’re excited to take The Hub to the next level. Our goal has always been to create a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome. The new location gives us the opportunity to enhance that mission with a fresh look, improved layout, and innovative offerings.”
There will be a new nonalcoholic/mocktail menu that The Hub is calling the largest of any nightclub in Louisville, catering to a growing sober community. The venue says it will also maintain a high level of security and safety in hopes to allay fears about events that took place at Nowhere Bar.
The Hub is offering a new VIP experience as well.
“From exclusive seating areas to exceptional service, our goal is to create a truly unforgettable experience for our VIP guests. Whether it’s a special celebration or just a night out in style, we’re excited to set a new standard for nightlife in Louisville,” said General Manager Tracy Shewmaker in a release.
Rollout of the new location will happen in two phases:
● Phase 1: The nightclub portion opens on Dec. 13, offering the signature nightlife experience
● Phase 2: Coming soon, the Pink Lounge, an intimate and stylish music video lounge.
