Nelson County-based Log Still Distillery pis celebrating the grand opening of its new fine dining restaurant and tasting room experience, Monks Road Boiler House, on Whiskey Row in downtown Louisville.

Named after the distillery’s flagship line of bourbons and gins, Monk’s Road Boiler House embodies the rich history and craftsmanship of Log Still Distillery, providing guests with an immersive and nostalgic dining experience.

The restaurant features a luxury chophouse-style menu curated by Chef Ciro Matteo Pirozzi, and highlights Monk’s Road Bourbons & Gins and Rattle & Snap Tennessee Whiskeys. The two-level venue offers fine dining cuisine on the upper tier and a speakeasy-style bar on the lower for tastings and curated bourbon experiences.

The July 17 grand opening will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony with a speech by Mayor Greenberg, followed by a celebratory bourbon toast, cocktails, and appetizers. The event takes place from 3-5 p.m.

To celebrate its new home in Downtown Louisville, Log Still Distillery invited dignitaries and representatives from various Downtown Louisville organizations to create a special single barrel pick. This single barrel, a 120 Proof High Rye bourbon, will be available exclusively at Monk’s Road Boiler House.
