Yum! Center

When Disney on Ice came to the KFC Yum! Center this past weekend for four performances of “Mickey’s Search Party,” it required a very specific setup.

Yesterday, the Yum! Center posted a time-lapse video of that setup process, which condenses four days of work into just 24 seconds.

The time-lapse shows crew members setting up the ice rink, lighting rig, projection screen, stage platforms and rink slides.

Watch the video here:

Although the Yum! Center does not have any upcoming dates planned for another Disney on Ice show, the four performances that played this past weekend brought thousands of children and families — and people like this reporter, who, TBH, just wanted a night off and thought the show was fun.
