Art news Hidden Hill Nursery & Sculpture Garden has reopened for the season (hiddenhillnursery.com).

Art events Glass artist Hayden Dakota Wilson will be the next Sutherland Endowed Chair in Glass Lecture Series speaker and demonstrator on Tuesday, April 5 at 7 p.m. at the Cressman Center for the Visual Arts (louisville.edu/art/).

“Truth & Beauty” by C.J. Pressma is opening at PYRO Gallery on Thursday, April 7. The reception is Friday, April 8 at 6 p.m. with a gallery talk on Saturday, April 9 at 1 p.m. It runs through May 21 (pyrogallery.com).

Louisville Visual Art is presenting its annual “art[squared]” fundraiser on April 8-9 (louisvillevisualart.org).
