Top art events Gallery owner Cristin Tierney will discuss the experience of operating her gallery in Chelsea, New York City. There will be a block party at Shelby and Oak on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. to celebrate the completion of a mural there by Gibbs Rounsavall.
