Schnitzelburg Spring Walk 2025

Don’t you dare say now that Derby is over, there is nothing to do—because the biannual Schnitzelburg Walk is back this Saturday with a wealth of entertainment!

Schnitzelburg, the quaint little area just south of Germantown and three miles southeast of downtown (bordered by Goss Avenue, Shelby Street, and Clarks Lane), is known for many things: the World Dainty Championship Tournament, Hauck’s Corner, Manual Stadium, and Check’s Cafe. But the Walk (which takes place every spring and fall) is truly Schnitzelburg’s time to shine!

Part street fair, flea market, and music festival, the Schnitzelburg Walk is a free, family-friendly event that happens Saturday, May 10th, on Hickory Street between E. Burnett Ave. and Goss Ave. from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m., featuring over 100 vendors, food trucks, craft beer, seasonal cocktails, and live music. Here’s the list of events:

Monnik Beer Co.’s lineup for Schnitzelburg Spring Walk 2025

11 a.m. until 6 p.m. – Monnik Beer Co. (1036 E Burnett Ave.) hosts The Flea Off Market. Vendors will be offering handmade arts and crafts, antiques, vintage collectibles, books, jewelry — everything under the sun!

4:30 p.m. until approximately 11 p.m. – Live music at Monnik Beer Co.
4:30 p.m. – Kathryn Brooks
5:30 p.m. – Short Game
6:30 p.m. – Feral Vices
7:30 p.m. – The Golden Whip
8:30 p.m. – The Get Down
9:30 p.m. – Jaxon Lee Swain
