The Speed Art Museum’s in-house theater, Speed Cinema, will host a special screening of The Missing Pieces, giving Louisville moviegoers the opportunity to revisit the enigmatic world of Twin Peaks.
The Missing Pieces, a compilation of deleted scenes and alternate takes put together by director David Lynch from his cult classic Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, will be shown on Saturday, March 21 from 3 to 4:30 p.m.

The film revisits Sheryl Lee’s portrayal of Laura Palmer’s eerie last days. The story of Laura, who is widely recognized as the homecoming queen whose death sparked the initial mystery in the ground-breaking television series Twin Peaks, is told through fresh revelations that enhance the eerie mythology surrounding the town and her terrible destiny.
The 2014 compilation runs 90 minutes and is recommended for audiences 16 and older.
Tickets are $12 for general admission and $8 for Speed members.
