PNC Broadway in Louisville has announced its 2026-27 show season, bringing seven musicals to The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, 501 W. Main St.

The upcoming lineup features five Louisville premieres along with two popular return engagements. Headlining the season is 2025 Tony Award winner for Best Musical “Maybe Happy Ending,” alongside additional Tony-recognized productions and Broadway hits.

Returning to Louisville for the first time in 16 years is “Jersey Boys.” Also back by popular demand is Disney’s “The Lion King,” which will run for a special three-week engagement.

2026-27 Season Lineup

All performances take place at The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. Most shows run one week, with typical performance times Tuesday through Friday at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 2 and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 1 and 6:30 p.m.

“Maybe Happy Ending,” the season’s Tony-winning Best Musical, explores connection and humanity through a contemporary love story. “A Beautiful Noise” chronicles the life and career of music icon Neil Diamond, while “Death Becomes Her” brings the cult-favorite dark comedy to the stage. “BOOP!® The Musical” introduces Betty Boop to Broadway audiences, and Alicia Keys’ “Hell’s Kitchen” draws inspiration from the Grammy-winning artist’s life and music.

“Jersey Boys” returns with the story and songs of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, and Disney’s “The Lion King,” winner of six Tony Awards, once again brings its acclaimed visuals and score to Louisville audiences.

Season tickets for 2026-27 are currently available to renewing subscribers. New subscription packages go on sale April 3, with a waitlist available online at BroadwayinLouisville.com.
