The Kentucky Derby Festival is in full swing. There are events daily and nightly leading up to the big race.
One of those events, The Great Balloon Glow took place this year on the Waterfront. Friday, April 28, many of those who intended to race in the Great Balloon Race took part in lighting up their balloons in the cool night air.
While we love images of balloons, there is something about the glow of little faces and the smiles that balloons bring that really make us smile.
