A $21.5 million cabin (wow that’s a lot of zeros) in Sturgis, KY, is currently listed as one of the most expensive homes in all of the Commonwealth.
It’s easy to see why the price tag is so high just with the home (and adjoining partial home on the property). However, this estate spans across two counties, holding wood on the land that could be sold for nearly millions of dollars, according to Whitetail Properties, the company that listed the property on their website.
Take a look at one of Kentucky’s most expensive homes to see why a buyer would spend over $21,500,000 on this piece of land.
