Louisville’s downtown New Year’s Eve destination returns with NYE Live! at Fourth Street Live!, offering a high-energy way to close out 2025 and welcome 2026 in the heart of the city.
The celebration runs from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. on December 31 and features live entertainment from Soul Circus, the city’s only New York–style ball drop, and access to five participating venues throughout the Fourth Street Live! complex.
What to expect from 4th Street Live! NYE
Guests can choose from multiple ticket tiers designed to fit different styles of celebration. Silver tickets include entry, venue access, and a champagne toast at midnight. Gold and Platinum packages add timed drink packages, extended access, and perks such as parking, coat check, and post-midnight food vouchers.
For groups, reserved table and balcony experiences are available at Sports & Social, Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, and Tavern, with options accommodating parties of four, six, or twelve, complete with table service and premium amenities.
NYE Live! takes place at Fourth Street Live!, 411 S. Fourth Street, in downtown Louisville.
