This week, the Louisville Orchestra is bringing the spirit of Halloween to life with Disney’s Hocus Pocus in Concert, a two-night event at Whitney Hall in the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts that combines symphony and film.

While the Louisville Orchestra plays John Debney’s score live, audiences may relive the 1993 cult favorite as the Sanderson sisters return to Salem on the big screen.

Families can enjoy a free, kid-friendly Trick-or-Treat in and around Whitney Hall on both nights from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. before the show. No concert ticket is needed for the pre-show event, which encourages kids to dress up and gather Halloween treats in a fun and safe setting.

Although big costumes that could obstruct views and full-face masks are prohibited inside the hall, concertgoers are encouraged to dress up for the event. The movie-concert starts at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6:00 p.m.

Hocus Pocus concert tickets are currently on sale at LouisvilleOrchestra.org.
