Join Southwest Regional Library for The Polar Express adobe

Let your family get lost in the magic of the holiday season with the Louisville Free Public Library. Experience “The Polar Express” with the annual Polar Express Pajama Party at Southwest Regional Library (9725 Dixie Hwy). On Friday, Dec. 13 from 6 – 8 p.m. the family can come to the library in their jammies and have fun with games, crafts and other activities for the whole family.

There will be a reading of “The Polar Express” story by Chris Van Allsburg and then a showing of the 2004 film. Kids can get their photos taken with Mrs. Claus, Elsa from “Frozen,” and The Polar Express conductor. Each kid will leave with a free book of their own.

Offering access to early learning opportunities, like the Polar Express Pajama Party, LFPL promotes literacy, working to guide a lifetime of reading and learning. For more information about the Library and its services, visit LFPL.org.
