Get lost in a Holiday Wonderland at Winterlights. Newfields Facebook

Looking for a little holiday getaway? Head up 65N to Indianapolis for the 2024 Winterlights event at Newfields. The fun begins this Saturday, Nov. 23 from 5 – 9 p.m. and runs through Jan. 5.

This year nearly three million points of light will herald the season as you stroll surrounded by music and all manner of holiday cheer. Enjoy the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s Nutcracker, Yuletide Celebration and other favorite holiday hits recorded for the Landscape of Light in front of the Lily House. Along the Twinkling Trail, see larger than life ornaments, and sparkling color blossoms.

Sample holiday treats from s’more kits, gingerbread popcorn from Just Pop In!, and giant chocolate chip cookies. There will also be cocoa and ciders that have the option of a shot from Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey or peppermint vodka. Each year, the event offers a special brew and this year, Winterlights-inspired Electric Reindeer brew from Sun King Brewing Co. will be available, or a spiced plum cider from Ash & Elm Cider Co.

Tickets are available now online.
