The Kentucky Derby Festival heads across the bridge and to Southern Indiana this Friday, April 4 from 4-8 p.m. at the Floyd County Family YMCA (33 State St. in New Albany). Join in an evening filled with festive fun for the entire family. The Caesars Foundation of Floyd County FamFest Presented by Wellstone Regional Hospital features indoor and outdoor activities (in case of inclement weather, activities could be moved inside), offers attendees a chance to enjoy entertaiment, great food, and can meet members of the 2025 Royal Court and get their autographs. Plus, attendees will receive a custom FamFest event pin (while supplies last) that offers entry to Pin-admission events during the 2025 Derby Festival.
“We’re fortunate to have fans on both sides of the river and look forward to bringing the Kentucky Derby Festival to Southern Indiana,” said Matt Gibson, Kentucky Derby Festival President & CEO, in a press release. “FamFest helps us kick off April and the Festival season with a Friday evening of family-friendly fun!”
