Georgetown Drive-In
8200 State Road 64Originally opened in 1951, this double-screen theater in Georgetown, IN hosts double features on both screens at the same time. This theater also has traditional speakers to attach to your car if you want the classic drive-in experience from decades ago. Every row in this theater is higher than the row in front, so you will always have a place to see either screen. Georgetown Drive-InSauerbeck Family Drive-In
3210 D.W. Griffith LaneThis drive-in movie theater is single-screen, and opened in August 2018. It’s located in LaGrange, nearly 20 miles from Louisville. This theater allows credit cards and also allows leashed pets. Sauerbeck Family Drive-InSkyline Drive-In
5600 Hodgenville RoadThis single-screen drive-in movie theater was reopened in 2002 after shutting down in the late 1980s. The seasonal theater is set to open once again this year with gates typically opening at 7 p.m. and first movies starting at dark. Skyline Drive-InBourbon Drive-in
Jackstown RoadA 30-minute drive from Lexington, this single-screen theater has been operating since 1956. It is open from Spring through late Summer running double features on weekends only. This particular movie theater only accepts cash at the gate to get in. Bourbon Drive-InKnox Drive-In
599 Johnson LaneWhat started last year in March, the Knox Drive-in is named after the former one back in 1955. It’s a single screen drive-in theater in Barbourville, bordering West Virginia and Tennessee, which is quite a drive if you’re from Louisville.
