Perso, located in the Shelby Park neighborhood at 741 E Oak St, is one of the featured restaurants during Louisville Restaurant Week– from February 23rd to March 1st.

Known for its seasonal flair, Perso offers a special Prix Fixe Menu of three courses. Here are all of the options!

Perso’s Prix Fixe Menu

  • Appetizer Course- Choice of one: 
  • RICOTTA (vegetarian) sun-dried tomato, pickled celery, pine nuts, golden raisins, house made bread
  • SEED DIP (vegetarian) brown butter, herb salad, lemon, spiced bread
  • PORCHETTA grape mustard, pickled vegetables, house made bread

Main Course- Choice of one:

  • BAKED PASTA grass fed beef bolognese, pancetta, ricotta
  • DUCK CONFIT duck farroto, juniper spiced duck sausage, squash
  • SALMON (gluten free) sweet potato, broccoli rabe pesto, sunrise tomato

Dessert- Choice of one:

  • PANNA COTTA
  • RICE PUDDING
