The NoCo Arts District in Jeffersonville. GoSoIN

From Monday, Nov. 4 through Nov. 18, adult residents of the Southern Indiana counties of Floyd and Clark are being invited to complete a Resident Sentiment Survey.

The survey will be conducted by Longwoods International and measures how residents feel about tourism, new businesses, development, and the overall impact of visitors on both areas. To participate in the survey you must be at least 18 years old and live in either Clark or Floyd County, Indiana. All survey responses are completely confidential.

Surveys can be completed here. It takes 10 – 15 mins. to complete and those who finish will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card.

In 2021 SoIN tourism conducted a similar survey as the industry was beginning to recover from the pandemic. The regular collection of feedback from residents allows the tourism industry to identify areas that are opportunities and ways to address community concerns.

For more information on the survey or to interview a SoIN Tourism representative, please contact Communications Manager Anna Rosales-Crone at Anna@GoSoIN.com or 812-282-6692.
