Days of the Dead (Sept. 24)
Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport 5 p.m. | $25-$200 Join the rest of Louisvilles undead horde and descend upon the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport for this weekend-long horror convention. In addition to the usual march, there will be special appearances by Elvira Mistress of the Dark, WWE legend Mick Foley, and cast members of films, such as Hellraiser, Return of the Living Dead, and Nightmare on Elm Street.
WorldFest (Sept. 25)
Waterfront Park 11 a.m. | Free Celebrate the diversity of Louisville this weekend by attending WorldFest. The festival includes music, dance and presentations from Louisville residents representing over 20 nations. And the food! This is your chance to sample things you can’t find on an Applebee’s menu.
1st Friday @ The MAC
Muhammad Ali Center 5 p.m. | Free Join the Muhammad Ali Center for the final 1st Friday block party of the summer. There will be beer, wine, local food trucks, live music, dance demonstrations, puppets by Squallis Puppeteers, performances by The Alley Theater Arts Caravan, a mini farmers market by Louisville Grows and a social marketplace with local community organizations, where you can find your passion!
PRF BBQ (Sept. 24)
Mag Bar 5 p.m. | $10 PRF BBQ (or premium rock forum and BBQ) is in full swing this weekend with 60 bands, 3 venues, 4 days, food, drinks, charity raffle, sweat, hugs. This Friday the party is at Mag Bar where the cover is only $10, but on Saturday and Sunday, things will be moved to the Cure Lounge where tickets are $20 (but either way, its worth it).

Fleur De Flea Vintage Urban Market (Fall Edition)
Waterfront Park 10 a.m. | Free It may be hard to believe now, but things are going to start getting cooler here soon. And all of that vintage clothing you got at the summer flea markets isnt going to do you much good. So head over to the Fleur De Flea this weekend for their Fall Edition of this urban market and stock up on some vintage winter clothing! (As well as fresh farmers market produce, so antiques and locally made artwork.)
