Its a variety show unlike anything else in Louisville.

Nowhere Bars Anniversary Party Nowhere Bar Free until 11 p.m. Its hard to believe that Nowhere Bar has only been around for three years, but time flies when youre sweating your ass off on the dance floor. So join the Highlands bar for its birthday bash with music by the BeatSmackers DJs and get some bubbly with the price of admission.
The Collab: Louisville hip-hop and rock show Tim Faulkner Gallery $15-$18; 6 p.m. Now this is interesting. A concert with five rock acts, five hip-hop acts, intermission by the Va Va Vixens (a burlesque group) and its all in an art gallery. Enough said, right? Well, just in case youre unconvinced, here’s a list of the musicians: Rock acts include The Tunesmiths, Powell, Karass, Dead Room Cult and Freddie Was A Boxer. Hip-Hop acts include Touch Armor Class, The Analogous Enterprise, Blaklyt, Major Threat and Shadowpact.
NuLu Bock Fest 600 & 700 blocks of E. Market St. Free; Noon Bock beer is a rich, malty lager, and the German word bock can also be translated to mean he-goat. So, since NuLu happens to have two alleys coincidently named Nanny Goat Strut and Billy Goat Strut, we now have Bock Fest. A celebration that includes plenty of locally brewed bock beer, food trucks and goat races.
Flea Off Market Fresh Start Growers Supply Free; 11 a.m. (Saturday & Sunday)
Everyones favorite lazy weekend activity is back. This year’s round of Flea Off Markets starts Saturday with over 200 local artists, collectors and performers showing up to entertain you. As usual, you can do some new outfit shopping, grab a few records for later, and nom on some food truck deliciousness while enjoying some live music. Flea Off Market describes it best when they say Eat. Drink. Treasure hunt.
