$8 | 8 p.m. Come as you arent (aka, dressed up in a goofy or spooky costume) for a night of cover music by some of Louisvilles best bands. Vile Communication (made up of members of Brenda, Jaxon Swain and Cat Casual) will be playing as the Beastie Boys, Twenty First Century Fox as The B-52s and Voodoo Economics as The White Stripes. And as with any good Halloween party, there will also be a costume contest with cash prizes.
Final Weekend for ReSurfaced: The Liberty Build

Free | 5 p.m. This is your last week to explore the Liberty Build version of ReSurfaced. Make sure and come out Friday for Alex Smiths Hoot & Holler, and Saturday for a closing-night celebration with an Art Buffet by LVA, pumpkin creating with Seven Nine Eighty Productions, live music by a number of local artists, and a fried chicken throw-down with SlowFoods. Costumes are encouraged!
Twin Limb Haplo Release Party

$10 | 9 p.m. Twin Limb began writing their album Haplo almost two years ago, but in between that time, they added a third band member and decided to rerecord the whole album with their new sound. And this weekend, they are celebrating this long awaited release with a party and live music by the band themselves, James Lindsey and Teach Me Equals.

$13 | 8 p.m. This Halloween weekend you could go to a haunted house or a costume party. Or you could go to both at the same time at Cure Lounge! Its a spooky extravaganza with circus sideshow, burlesque, a haunted house and costume contests. Even the bands are getting into the Halloween spirit by playing as other bands. Hot Prowlers will be playing as Blondie, Boner City as Groovie Ghoulies, Hangoverkill as Motörhead, and Good People as Nirvana. And the cover comes with a shot!

Detour Drag Brunch
Somewhere Restaurant
Prices vary | 1 p.m. Spend your lazy Sunday recovering from all of those Halloween parties at Somewhere Restaurants Detour Drag Brunch. The show will have its own share of frights with two giveaways for Best Tragic Drag and Best Halloween Costume and every Detour Drag Brunch benefits a different charity, and this months cause is breast cancer awareness.
