$10  |  7 p.m. UofL fans may still be dreaming of a Heisman trophy, but right around the corner is a basketball season that may hold a shot at another national title. And you can get a early look at this promising team at this year’s Red vs. White scrimmage.

Louisville Bespoke Fashion Event

Free-$25  |  5 p.m. Update your fall fashion this weekend with “Project Runway” contestant and all-star Gunnar Deatherage. There will be purchasable clothing and accessories by over 22 local designers, a runway show with more than 60 models, food trucks, a cash bar and the chance to see some of the city’s most-stylish citizens.

Hal & Ben’s Bike-in
Finn’s Southern Kitchen
Free  |  5 p.m. Louisville’s own Hal Riedling and Ben Sollee are hosting their inaugural bike-in event this Saturday. There will be live music by Otis Junior & The Jesse Lees, Ben Sollee and Jordan Ellis, followed by an outdoor screening of “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” and delicious food served up by Finn’s Southern Kitchen. And with Halloween upon us, costumes are encouraged. It may seem a bit all over the place, but at least it’s all fun.

Lipstick Wars Poetry Slam
Kentucky Center
Free  |  7 p.m. In the current political climate, you’d better believe the women of this all-female poetry slam have a lot to say. This diverse group of poets, ages 12 and up, will be reciting poetry about “the empowerment and motivational uprising of women,” with the first, second and third place prize winners receiving a cash award.

Rocky Horror Halloween Show
Play Louisville
$10  |  7 p.m. What better way to celebrate Halloween than with a bunch of drag queens at a “Rocky Horror Picture Show” party! There will be a full-scale performance with acting, singing, dancing and a costume contest. All of the proceeds benefit Acting Against Cancer.
