Margaritas In The Ville

LEO Weekly and El Jimador are teaming up for a day filled with the best margaritas you’ll find in Louisville. August marks the beginning of Cat Video Fest, the silliest but most adorable festival you’ll ever find. Speed Art Museum is hosting the Cat Video Fest from Friday, Aug. 2 to Thursday, Aug. 8 including a compilation of the latest and best cat videos that have been pulled in from hours of submissions and animations, music videos plus classic internet memes from years gone by. Local theaters across the country including Speed will partner with cat-focused charities, animal welfare organizations and shelters to give portions of ticket prices to these partners.Black Chef Showcase

The Heritage Fire Tour unites live-fire cooking, family farms, and local chefs in diverse destinations. The all-inclusive walk-around feast features thoughtful bites prepared by some of the most critically acclaimed kitchens, with products from locally sourced farms and sponsors. After indulging in each dish, guests can vote for their favorite bite of the day. Head down to the Belvedere to experience one of the region’s largest international festivals, Louisville;s WorldFest.
