The group behind Louisville’s 21c Museum Hotel (www.21cmuseumhotel.com), with its combination of contemporary art museum, hotel and restaurant, is renovating the former Metropole Hotel in downtown Cincinnati. They are also building a 21c in Austin, Texas.

The resale shop eyedia, design it again (1631 Mellwood Ave., www.eyediashop.com) now features a gallery with original art.

Both Glassworks (www.louisvilleglassworks.com) and Flame Run Glass Studio and Gallery (www.flamerun.com) are offering the chance to blow your own glass ornament. By appointment only.

The Speed Art Museum’s (www.speedmuseum.org) next “Artist Dialogues: Creative Practice and Process” is Thursday, Dec. 3, at 6 p.m. The artists are Sarah Lyon, Letitia Quesenberry, Russel Hulsey and Joyce Ogden.

The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft (www.kentuckyarts.org) is offering a Holiday Camp for Kids on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Cost is $40 for museum members, $45 non-members. Reservations required.
