Norton Commons has welcomed six new small enterprises to its North Village Market retail cottages for the 2025 season, the developer announced on Tuesday, May 6.
The retail cottages, situated at 6301 Moonseed Street, will be open Friday from 4 to 8 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. The weekly farmers market is also making a comeback, open Sundays from noon to 3 p.m.
Businesses on this year’s schedule include:

- Steve’s Woodcrafters
- De La O Boutique
- Oh My Lollies
- Little Mount Lavender
- 808 Permanent Jewelry & Accessories
A highlight of the season is Crittenden Gentlemen’s Clothing, a menswear company based in Midway, KY, noted for bring timeless, high-quality menswear

“We’ve been looking to open a location in Louisville and are absolutely in love with Norton Commons, so when a space finally opened up, we jumped at the chance,” said Judy Rawlings, owner of Crittenden Gentlemen’s Clothing. “We’re so ready to bring timeless, high-quality menswear to Norton Commons and be part of a community that truly supports small business. Louisville is going to love Crittenden.”
Originally opening in 2018, the 200-square-foot North Village Market cottages usually remain open during the holiday shopping season.
“We launched the cottages as a way to nurture and grow local entrepreneurship,” said Sarah Pritts, marketing director for Norton Commons. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see how many businesses have used their time in the cottages as a springboard to larger retail spaces in the neighborhood. Every year, the lineup brings something new and exciting to the market.”
