LEO Communications, LLC NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

It is the policy of LEO Communications management not to engage in or assist in efforts of others to engage in housing discrimination. Therefore persons placing housing advertisements in LEO must NEVER:

1. Refuse to rent or to show or negotiate for the rental of or otherwise make unavailable or deny an apartment or other rental housing unit because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity;

2. Discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of rental of a dwelling, or in the provisions of maintenance repairs and services or in use of facilities and property amenities because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity;

3. Make, print or publish any verbal or written notice, statement, or advertisement, with respect to the rental of a dwelling that includes any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity;

4. Represent to any person because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity that any dwelling is not available for inspection or rental when such dwelling is in fact available;

5. Refuse to show vacant dwellings to prospective applicants or otherwise offer a different level of service, assistance, or encouragement because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity;

6. Attempt to persuade any person to rent or vacate a dwelling by telling them that a person or persons of a particular race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity are moving into the neighborhood;

7. Knowingly enter into any agreement which imposes any restriction on the race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity of the persons to whom a dwelling may be shown or rented.

Any action taken by property owners even in part because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity, that has the effect of making housing unavailable to such persons protected under Fair Housing laws, constitutes a violation of local, state, and/or federal law and can be subject to substantial liability.
