Glassworks (www.louisvilleglassworks.com) has unveiled a mobile glassblowing studio called Juicy Lucy. The van will be onsite at Westport Village one weekend a month and is also available for private events.

The Paul Paletti Gallery (713 E. Market St.) is showing “Howard Schatz Redux” through Aug. 31. Schatz’s beautiful images of Cirque de Soleil acrobats, ballerinas and models, all photographed underwater, are a follow-up exhibition to last year’s show and are in conjunction with the publication of his new book, “H2O.”
Historic Locust Grove (www.locustgrove.org) is celebrating July 4 with the opening of a new exhibition dedicated to Kentucky’s role in the Revolutionary War. Admission is free.
The American Society of Media Photographers (www.asmp.org) is asking artists to write their senators and congresspersons about the Orphan Works Bill. According to the Copyright Office, “orphan work” is work protected by copyright but whose copyright owners can’t be identified and located. While previous bills have died in committee, the issue is expected to be introduced again.
