Kentucky author Wes Blake’s daringly structured *Pineville Trace* is a novella in three parts, with episodes that only sometimes resemble chapters, but have all the flavor of thoughtfully downplayed flash fiction. Carmichael’s Bookstore is hosting Blake, in conversation with two local figures from the arts scene: Erik Rust (who gave *Pineville Trace* its evocative cover) and versatile veteran author David Dominé.
